Save the Civic
Many of you viewed RPG's exciting proposal for a spectacularly refurbished Civic Auditorium.
Now we need your help to make it happen.

On Tuesday, October 14, our City Council will vote in open session on whether to continue negotiating with RPG or to walk away.
This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to revitalize this iconic public treasure at NO cost to the City or our taxpayers.
To ensure the Civic is saved and restored, please do the following:
1. Send an email to all seven Councilmembers and City Manager Oliver Chi, in support of RPG’s vision for a restored Civic Auditorium
Submit emails in support before noon on October 14, 2025 to:

2. Come to the City Council meeting on
Tuesday, October 14th at 5:00pm to show your support. This item is in open session, and we will see how the Council deliberates on the future of our Civic Auditorium. (we’ll hand out Save the Civic buttons);
and
3. Sign up to speak in support of the Council continuing the negotiations with RPG for the Civic.
We’re closer than ever to a restored, historic, world-class Civic Auditorium. Let’s make it happen!
